Use of Our Service

MyGlitterbox customer account gives you the ability to order and purchase products listed on our site and to have access to the services we provide.

You may never use another uses account without permission. When creating your own account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, you must keep your password secure. We strongly advise you to use a “strong” password.

Subscription Plans

You may choose to subscribe to our subscription plan. By entering into this agreement you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

The payment will be take out the first of the month regardless of the sign up date. If the 1st lands on a weekend it will be taken on the next working day.

You can cancel your month plan if an email is submitted to info@myglitterbox.co.uk before the 15th. There is no charge to cancel your subscription.


Your box will be dispatch within 5 working days from the date payment is taken and can take up to 5 working days to arrive. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email to the email address which you provided upon ordering you MyGltterBox.

If ordering from abroad customers are responsible for paying any duty and other customs clearing expenses.


You understand that you will receive no refund on any products purchased unless damaged or faulty. If any item does become damaged during transit you must inform us via email with photographs within 14 days. Please email info@myglitterbox.co.uk
