MyGlitterBox is the operator of the site.

These terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference, govern your access and use of the Site and App, including any content, functionality, subscriptions and services offered throughout the Site and App, whether a guest or a registered user. These terms also apply to the purchase and sale of products and subscriptions service through the Site and the App.


Use of Our Service


We provide a place for you to stay up to date with current trends in beauty products and discover new niche brands.


You may never use another User’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. We encourage you to use “strong” passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols) with your account. You must notify MyGlitterBox immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. MyGlitterBox will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.


You may control your User profile and how you interact with the Service by changing the settings in your customer account page. By providing MyGlitterBox your email address you consent to our using the email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes to features of the Service and special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out or change your preferences in your customer account page. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers.


You may copy and redistribute the audiovisual content available on the Service; however, you may not alter or modify such audiovisual content in any manner and you may not remove any copyrights associated with the such audiovisual content


We may, without prior notice, change the Service; stop providing the Service or features of the Service, to you or to users generally; or create usage limits for the Service. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of this Agreement, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by this Agreement.


You are solely responsible for your interactions with other MyGlitterBox Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. MyGlitterBox shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction


Placing An Order


  • Add the products you wish to purchase
  • Once all products are added proceeds to the checkout.
  • You must fill in the checkout form providing accurate information, if your shipping address is incorrect, you will be held responsible. No refunds or redeliveries will be issued in the event that the shipping address is incorrect which you have provided.
  • Submit your order once you have reviewed it and a confirmation email will follow to the email address you have provided MyGlitterBox with.


Order Cancellations


MyGlitterBox has to right to cancel an order at anytime. We may choose not to accept your order for the following reason:


  • If we are unable to take the payment from the payment details provided.
  • If we suspect fraudulent activities.
  • If the products on the website are shown but are not available.


Billing Shipping and Payment Policies


As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor its shipment. Kindly note that sometimes there may be shipping delays and/or product back-orders. You will not be eligible for a refund due to any unforeseen delays.


Delivery can take 3-5 business days from when the package leaves the warehouse.


Address changes must be made within 4 hours of placing the order. If the address is not updated in time, the shipping label will be printed with the previous address, therefore, the carrier has the right to charge a forwarding fee. If an item is returned to sender, due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, MyGlitterBox will not be liable for a reshipment.


Customers are responsible for paying the duty and other customs clearing expenses.




Prices displayed are all in (GBP) Great British Pound. All our prices include 20% Value Added Tax (VAT)


MyGlitterBox can change the price or terminate any promotions at any time.


Discount codes can be terminated without any prior warning.


Exchanges, Refund And Returns


We are happy to exchange/refund the item/items within 14 days of contacting us.


Refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to reach your bank account.


We will not provide a refund if good show signs of use.


We will not refund refund the delivery charge.


Swimwear Returns


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. MyGlitterBox will gladly accept returns in new, unused condition with tags and the hygiene label intact and packaging included for a full refund or exchange. If hygiene seal has been removed for health and hygiene reasons this cannot be refunded or exchanged.


If your order is incomplete you must immediately contact us with photographic evidence of how the parcel has arrived along with the items including in the parcel along with your unique order number.

We aim to get back to all emails within 48 hours, during our busier periods this may take a little longer.


Property Rights


All trademarks, logos and trade names which appear on all of our products/packaging and the website are registered Trade Marks and remain the property of MyGlitterBox.

You may not copy, republish or modify any of our content in anyway.
